Unicorn Lady

Mosaic costume inspired by the Lady and the Unicorn tapestries, formerly in the Chateau of Boussac. This series of six tapestries dates from the 16th century, the beginning of the French renaissance. The sixth piece is the Revelation, the access to the spiritual world, in which the Unicorn Lady is separated from her treasures which are placed in a box, representing her renouncing material pleasure.
